In recent years,the Internet has developed extremely rapidly,and online shopping has also developed rapidly.This has greatly changed the consumer behavior of consumers,and the market competition faced by the department store industry has become increasingly fierce.Under such a background,the operation and development of the department store industry has been hit hard.Therefore,the department store industry needs to be transformed and upgraded,especially to continuously innovate its own business model.Under the pressure of the market environment,M department store began to use the O2 O integrated marketing strategy in order to better conform to the market development trend,and has not achieved good results so far.Based on the theory of marketing innovation,this paper firstly analyzes the development status of O2 O under the impact of e-commerce in M department store,and points out the problems encountered in the development of O2 O marketing.Secondly,through the comparative analysis of the difference between the O2 O model of the department store industry and the traditional network marketing,and using the case analysis method to analyze the successful application of the O2 O model in the department store industry at home and abroad,the future development trend of the O2 O model of the department store retail industry is obtained.Finally,M department store O2 O interactive marketing strategy is proposed to develop countermeasures and support suggestions to help M department store to achieve better development in O2O transformation.
