The rich resources contained in the Arctic and the values embodied in transportation, military, and economic aspects have attracted international attention. The pursuit and maintenance of Arctic rights have gradually become the focus of the Arctic strategy of various countries.More and more countries have produced Arctic routes.Strong interest, especially the navigation environment of the northeastern route of the Arctic is more favorable than the northwest route and the piercing route. The network and evolution process of the network will help China to clarify the current trade status and future development trends, study the status and role of China and other countries in the network, and clarify the international situation, predict future development trends, and actively strive for the Arctic.Equity is of great significance.30 countries are selected as nodes in this paper. The trade relationship between the countries is to establish the economic trade network of the northeastern route of the Arctic, and analyze the network density, centrality, cohesion subgroup and core-edge structure of the network. The evolution of the trade network during 2008-2017,and the evolution of the trade pattern of the Arctic route economic circle. The results show that the complexity of the network is already very high, which reflects to some extent that the development of global economic integration has become increasingly mature.Europe,Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom,France and East Asia,China,Japan, and South Korea are at the core of the network, and China’s core level is rising year by year.Geopolitical factors are still an important factor affecting international trade. The European subgroups are constantly converging, and will form a larger European subgroup, and the cohesion between countries will be greatly enhanced.
