Study On Agro-Industrial Complex Of Kazakhstan And China-Kazakhstan Economic-Trade Cooperation

Agro industrial complex is an important object for the state investments,the development of which ensures the level of food security in the country.In this context,the article describes the main trends of the development of agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan in conditions of China-Kazakhstan economic and trade relations,the influence of state support on the performance of enterprises of the agricultural sector is shown,the main directions of state financing are reflected,as well as the volume of resource support of the state program.Also it explores the theoretical and practical issues of cooperation of Kazakhstan's agro-industrial complex with international economic organizations during the 27-year period of sovereign development of the Republic.Republic of Kazakhstan is located in the Central Asia and it is the largest landlocked country in the world.Kazakhstan is rich in resources and the country is constantly pursuing political and economic stability and rapid development.As the largest country in Central Asia,Kazakhstan has a land boundary of 1,700 kilometers with China.These two countries have such huge potential development space in different kind of trade cooperation,especially in terms of agricultural resources and agricultural products markets.The economic and trade cooperation between Kazakhstan and China means a great significance to the healthy,stable and rapid development of agriculture in both countries.Since the implementation of "Chinese Economic reform" in 1978,Chinese market economy has developed rapidly,and agricultural productivity has also been improved.The agricultural product market has developed from the"seller market" to the "buyer market".At the same time,the development of China's agriculture is not only has resource constraints,also there is market constraints.Since China's accession to the WTO,along with the process of global economic integration,China's economy has quickly integrated into the world economy.Fully mobilizing the international resource market,agricultural economic and trade cooperation has become one of the key areas of cooperation in China.In view of the history,current situation and future of trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,the paper points out from the background of cooperation and points out that the trade cooperation between the two countries has a relatively solid foundation of political and economic cooperation,and there is an urgent willingness to cooperate,and also analyzes Obstacles to cooperation under existing conditions;the paper also reveals the actual differences between the two countries in the field of trade cooperation,especially agricultural production factors and agricultural products,from the perspective of supply,indicating that there are objective requirements for agricultural economic and trade cooperation between two countries;Based on the analysis of the status quo of agricultural products demand in two countries,the paper argues that the differences and complementarities between the market demand of two countries are the basis for the two countries to upgrade the existing level of cooperation;how much gap between the current cooperation and potential cooperation space is to be solved by the paper.Another problem,the paper uses relevant data to find out the law between them,and gives insights on how to further improve the level of agricultural economic and trade cooperation based on trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan and in which areas can be a key breakthrough.
