Kazakhstan-China Cooperation In Trade And Economical Frame

Kazakhstan is the Central Asian country and on its southern west border with the world's largest inland country - China. In 1992, Kazakhstan and China established official diplomatic relationship. Since the beginning two countries were developing as diplomatic relations as trade relations. Trade relations between two countries got its highest point in 2005, and came with establishing strategic cooperative partnership among them. Nowadays, China has become the Kazakhstan's second largest trade partner, the third largest exporter and importer, the second-largest trade between the two countries has a huge potential for development.The geographical location of Kazakhstan next to the economical and political giant makes bilateral relations with China strategically part of in foreign policy of Republic of Kazakhstan. From the beginning of independence of Republic foreign policy was oriented on establishing friendship and peaceful cooperation with neighbor countries. The main direction of foreign policy was to attract investments form the developed countries of Europe and Asia. The development of regional economic and trade cooperation between two countries is not only necessity and inevitable, it is the trend of global economic integration that makes two countries take realistic choices.Since 90's of twenties century, Kazakhstan and China gives great importance to bilateral trade, political and economic cooperation fields and intend to develop this fields as a major strategic direction of foreign policy both countries. Two governments holding principle of mutual benefit in the base of the bilateral economic and trade relations that helps for its rapid, healthy, harmonious development. China is one of Kazakhstan's major trading partners, two countries have good complementary resources, greatly promoted Kazakhstan-China cooperation in various fields, especially in energy, transportation, investment cooperation plan on economic and trade. Kazakhstan and China also have jointly established a free trade zone, Science and Technology Park, and the implementing many other innovative projects, conducted cultural exchanges, joint participation in the frame of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, to promote bilateral trade and economic cooperation. Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is directly related to the development of Kazakhstan's political and economic development, actively develop economic and trade cooperation with China in line with Kazakhstan's strategic objectives and strategic focus.This paper reviews the history of economic and trade development between Kazakhstan and China, specifically China's importance in cooperative partnership in establishing Kazakhstan's identity in the world political society; legal basis of bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the countries in several field as energy, transport, development of transport and investment situation. Two countries make clear all problems in the cooperation and try to focus on future development, solving that problem. In order to promote Kazakhstan-China economic and trade cooperation prospect trade cooperation between the two countries the process of standardization development and achieve improved bilateral relations between two countries.First part is a brief review of Kazakhstan's policy, resources, trade and other aspects of development, from the overall understanding of current development of Kazakhstan. Although bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries still had some problems. It's required to pay attention to large number of trade cooperation concentrated in the border areas, to develop Xinjiang region and establish steady trade ties between countries, in the frame of Horgos Cooperation Center or Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Kazakhstan improved trade mechanism to promote and attract foreign investment, especially in the upgrading of oil, natural gas production and researching, that will give new opportunities for cooperation in the energy field. In order to get close to the developed countries and to step up on the higher level, Kazakhstan's government implements new strategy of trade and economic development, that gives to Kazakhstan to opened a new channel world globalized economy in Asia Pacific region. China plays the main role as the neighbor country and the"window"to the regional world market and political society.
