With the deepening and accelerating development of economic integration,trade between countries becomes closer,and the number of multinational enterprises is also increasing.For multinational enterprises,many problems,such as high cost of financial management,low efficiency of group operation and untimely information circulation,are the pain points and difficulties they are facing in financial management and company management.In recent years,the rise of big data analysis,cloud computing and other technologies has brought a good remedy to the financial management of multinational groups.In this context,enterprises began to explore the construction and optimization of Financial Sharing Center,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,optimizing the structure and standardizing the process.More and more enterprises combine mature big data and cloud computing technology with financial sharing closely,and put forward several new concepts such as "Financial Cloud" and "Cloud+End",which have also aroused widespread concern in academia and business circles.However,although our country has been exploring this new mode of Financial Sharing Center for some time,and many multinational enterprises such as Huawei and Haier have established their own Financial Sharing Center,there is still a big gap with developed countries in Europe and the United States on the whole.At present,academic circles have not formed systematic research results in this area.In the process of designing and establishing the Financial Sharing Center,how to re-engineer the process,how to combine information technology with the Financial Sharing Center,how to guarantee the security of the Financial Sharing Center and so on,all these problems need to be solved urgently.Therefore,on the basis of explaining shared services and related theories,this paper chooses L Group,which explored the Financial Sharing Center earlier in China,as the research object,and deeply analyses the basic situation and evolution path of the Financial Sharing Center of the case enterprise L Group,especially the changes after accessing Financial Cloud to realize "Cloud+End" financial sharing.This paper summarizes the successful experience of L Group Financial Sharing Center,and at the same time puts forward effective optimization suggestions for its shortcomings,such as focusing on cloud computing security issues,improving basic functions and value-added functions,and realizing financial and business integration with strategic docking,in order to provide reference for other enterprise groups to build and optimize Financial Sharing Centers. |
