Study On Financial Sharing Service Model On The Basis Of Cloud Computing

Since the 21st century,with the development of economic globalization,the international division of labor in all walks of life are more and more deepening and refining,however,at the same time,with the expanding of enterprise scale and the increasing of efficiency,it also brought up some problems,such as the low quality of the financial information,the low transmission efficiency,high financial cost,the delay of financial monitoring,and so on.Many big enterprises find that in order to adapt to the management needs of their growing,they need to actively seek for certain changes in financial management to improve the efficiency and quality of financial information transmission.But in recent years,with the reform and innovation of network technology,the emergence of artificial intelligence and cloud computing technology,it puts forward the new challenges and requirement to the enterprise financial management.The standards and requirements of the financial information collection,processing and usage also have the substantial distinction comparing with the past,the enterprises have the higher requirements for the accuracy and efficiency of the financial information,a new round of financial reform is imperativeIn this paper,we studied in depth of the financial sharing service model on the basis of cloud computing and together with the practical cases,further discussed the application of the financial sharing on the basis of cloud computing which applied to the small and medium-sized enterprises,what's more,we also reviewed and analyzed the practical cases.Currently,most of the studies just focused on the part of how to make the financial sharing center construction for large enterprise groups,but for the small and medium-sized ones,are still relative less.Through this paper,we study the application of financial sharing services on the basis of cloud computing,and we find that this kind of process could accelerate the construction speed of the financial sharing platform for the small and medium-sized enterprise,it could also promote the effective circulation and the sharing of the financial resources in the small and medium-sized enterprises,at the same time,the application and the development of this technology also provide a new direction and a supporting role for the financial sharing services of the big enterprise.This paper mainly use the methods of literature research and case analysis,through the comprehensive review of the trend of the development of domestic financial sharing services,we do the deeply analysis of the financial sharing services on the basis of the cloud computing.We choose the W company as a case,on the aspect of financial sharing services vendors which are based on the cloud computing,perform the study and evaluation on this kind of new financial sharing model,at the same time,we try to find out the potential risks and the corresponding preventive measures of this model as well.The purpose of this paper is to further promote the application of cloud computing-based financial sharing services to these small and medium-sized enterprises,and at the same time,to provide the constructive suggestions for other similar cloud computing-based financial sharing service providers.
