For rural revitalization,financial support must come first,finance goes to the countryside,and channel construction is the key.Under China’s existing financial system,there are still many deficiencies in the financial service channels in China’s rural areas,which limit the speed of rural economic development.The rural market contains huge financial business opportunities and financial resources.However,L Bank ’s expansion of the rural market is still in the exploration period.The development is relatively backward,the rural market share is extremely low,and there are many problems in the development of rural inclusive financial services.Especially in terms of financial service channels.Therefore,how to optimize Bank L’s existing rural financial service channels to increase the market share in rural areas is a problem that Bank L urgently needs to solve,and is also the key to maintaining its leading edge in the fierce market competition.On the premise of collecting a large number of domestic and foreign books and literatures on rural financial service channels,this paper systematically studies the current situation of rural financial service channels of L city and L bank,and analyzes the rural financial service channels of L bank.Existing problems,and then put forward the L bank channel optimization strategy.First,collect relevant data to analyze the profile of L Bank and the current status of rural financial service channels,and combine the channel status to design a questionnaire to understand the business operations of L Bank ’s customers and their satisfaction with the status of the channel.Problems in the construction of rural financial service channels.Secondly,design optimization strategies from four aspects:business outlets,self-service equipment,electronic channels and inclusive financial service points,so as to optimize L-bank rural financial service channels.Finally,the four measures of keeping a close eye on national policies,enriching human resources,strengthening risk prevention and strengthening scientific and technological innovation are the guarantee measures for L Bank ’s rural financial service channel optimization.The characteristics and innovations of this article are mainly manifested in three aspects: First,by designing a questionnaire on the satisfaction of L Bank’s rural financial service channels,the current problems of L Bank’s financial service channels in rural areas are analyzed,which provides a basis for L Bank’s optimization The second is to combine the main characteristics of customers in rural areas of L city,and design channel optimization strategies from four aspects: business outlets,self-service equipment,electronic channels,and inclusive financial service points.The third is to analyze the site selection factors in detail,and take the site selection of the county towns and townships of county A and county B as examples,and use the analytic hierarchy process to design the specific site selection schemes.
