As a carrier for small farmers to connect with large markets, agricultural cooperative bear the important tasks of breaking the market monopoly, enhancing farmers' competitiveness and increasing farmers' income. And agricultural cooperative is one of the new agricultural management entities in China's rural development,it is an important force for realizing agricultural industrialization and advancing agricultural modernization. In recent years,China has promulgated relevant policies every year to promote the rapid development of agricultural cooperative, which has led to a surge in the number of cooperatives, which inevitably exposes problems such as inadequate operation, lack of cooperation awareness among members, difficulties in cooperation and insufficient connection between cooperatives and members. The operating mechanism of agricultural cooperative is that members adopt cooperative behaviors to form a service that benefits all members. However, when rational members seek to maximize their personal benefits, they will choose to "Free-ride",which will cause the cooperation to fail. Therefore, exploring the factors that affect the cooperative behavior of members can help promote the development of cooperatives. In this paper, the cooperative behavior of cooperative members is taken as the research object.By defining the concept of member's cooperative behavior and combing the relevant theories of game theory, the author uses evolutionary game theory as a tool to study the influencing factors of cooperative behavior of members and describes the dynamic evolution of cooperative behavior.Through the comparative analysis of the N-person snowdrift game theory and the cooperative operation mechanism, the feasibility of incorporating the N-person snowdrift game model into the research of the cooperative operation mechanism was clarified;Establish the operating mechanism model of agricultural cooperative, and study the factors affecting the cooperative behavior of members from model description, model solving and numerical simulation; In order to promote the formation of long-term andstable cooperative relationships among members, analyze the dynamic evolution trajectory of members' cooperative behavior under motivating and restricting factors; The analysis of four typical cooperative cases validates the six conclusions of this paper; Finally, based on the above research results, specific and reasonable suggestions are given to promote cooperation among members to reach a steady state.Research shows that in the game analysis of the operating mechanism model of agricultural cooperative, the factors that affect the cooperative behavior of members are: basic influencing factors—the number of members of the cooperative, patronage benefits, operating costs and loss of cooperation failure;institutional influencing factors — cooperative subsidies and mandatory costs. The number of members and operating costs inhibit members from choosing cooperative behavior;patronizing benefits, loss of cooperation failures, cooperation subsidies, and mandatory cost-bearing all promote members to choose cooperative behavior.
