Established in 2002,T power engineering company is a secondary enterprise of S power supply group.With the state electricity regulatory commission ii qualifications.The company's business scope includes housing construction project construction general contracting,concrete precast components,water,electricity and heating installation.Have a certain market and technical strength.However,in recent years,with the fierce market competition,the operators of T electric power engineering company are constantly losing,and the problems such as unreasonable salary structure,excessive duty consumption and single performance appraisal index appear in the incentive and constraint of the company's operators.These problems seriously restricted the development of T power engineering company.Therefore,how to optimize the incentive and restraint mechanism of operator's compensation in T power engineering company has become an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of collecting and sorting out a large number of literature materials,this paper systematically studied the incentive and constraint mechanism of operator's salary in T electric power engineering company on the basis of incentive and constraint theory and the successful practice of incentive and constraint of operator at home and abroad.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development background of T electric power engineering company,and summarizes the current situation of the incentive and restraint mechanism of the company's operator's salary.On this basis,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the incentive and restraint mechanism of the company's salary.Through the analysis of the investigation results,this paper reveals the problems and their causes in the compensation incentive of T electric power engineering company.Secondly,it puts forward the optimization principle and general framework of the compensation incentive scheme,and optimizes the operator's compensation incentive scheme of T power engineering company through the basic compensation,welfare compensation and the annuity-based pension plan.Finally,through strengthening the supervision function of top management and party organization,improving the performance appraisal system of operators,and giving play to the role of financial and legal supervision,the paper puts forward the overall plan of "big supervision" restraint mechanism,and provides the optimization strategy of operator restraint mechanism of T electric power engineering company.The characteristics and innovation of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects:(1)the design of T electric power engineering company operator incentives and constraints of the questionnaire.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it provides the basis for the optimization design of the incentive and restraint mechanism of the company's managers' salary.(2)through the basic compensation,welfare compensation and annuity-based pension plan,to provide T power engineering company's operator compensation incentive optimization plan and implementation strategy;In view of the optimization scheme of operator's salary incentive of T electric power engineering company,the overall scheme of "great supervision" restraint mechanism of T electric power engineering company and the optimization strategy of operator's restraint mechanism are provided.The research in this paper not only provides a set of operational optimization strategy of operator compensation incentive and constraint mechanism for T electric power engineering company,but also provides theoretical basis and implementation approach for the construction of operator incentive and constraint system for other enterprises in the same industry.
