Research On The Strategy Of Supporting Rural Revitalization Of Jiujiang Agricultural Development Bank

In October 2017,the 19th national congress of the communist party of China made a great decision to implement the rural revitalization strategy.In 2018,the No.1 document from the national central government clarified the responsibility orientation of the rural development bank,to strengthen the innovation of financial services and increase the medium-and long-term credit support for rural revitalization.In the face of the new call and new requirements of the Party Central Committee,implementing the spirit of the 19th national congress,implementing the No.1 document of from the national central government deployment,the rural development bank must bear in mind its responsibilities and fulfill its mission,and serve "agriculture,rural areas and rural residents" of the emotion of "Family-country".As the only agricultural policy-based financial institution in Jiujiang region,Jiujiang agricultural development bank has been incumbent on the important mission of supporting the rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,Jiujiang agricultural development bank has taken multiple measures,such as making overall planning in advance,deepening cooperation between government and bank,innovating financing mode and optimizing service level,to improve the credit support mechanism for agriculture constantly and contribute to rural revitalization.However,in the process of support,the fund demand gap is large,the investment mechanism is not sound,the support capacity is not suitable,and other problems also gradually appear,to a certain extent,they restrict the play of the role in agricultural support.Taking the city of Jiujiang as an example,this paper introduces the current situation and achievements of Jiujiang agricultural development bank in supporting rural revitalization,evaluates shortcomings and weaknesses in the support process.On this basis,analyzing and summarizing the advanced experience of domestic and foreign financial institutions in supporting rural construction and development,and puting forward the optimization strategy and specific measures to support Jiujiang rural revitalization,so this paper is of theoretical significance and practical significance for the agricultural development bank to support local rural revitalization.
