Valuation Analysis Of Listed Enterprises In Digital Industry In Shandong Province Based On Discount Model

Digital industrialization as a part of digital economy,including a large number of emerging industries,has a strong driving role.The development of digital industry in a region can reflect the potential of the region's future economic development,but there are many models that can analyze digital industry and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,this paper focuses on finding a financial model most suitable to analyze the development of shandong province.In addition,this paper also analyzes similar enterprises in jiangsu and zhejiang in the same way as a comparison.Taking Inspur as a classic sample,this paper adopts a variety of classic financial models,including mathematical statistics,regression analysis,financial analysis,dividend discount model,free cash flow model,retained earnings model,corporate finance,etc.Through practical analysis and comparison,it is found that the discounted model of free cash flow to equity is more accurate than the calculation results of other models,but it also has some problems,such as data missing and model assumption untenable.In view of the existing problems,the model was modified and the calculation method of some parameters was optimized to adapt to the current financial statements of Chinese enterprises and meet the basic assumptions of the model.The model was applied to 18 randomly selected sample enterprises in shandong,jiangsu and zhejiang.The actual operation shows that the modified discounted model of free cash flow to equity performs well in the subsequent application and the calculation is accurate.After unifying the model,the same standard has been set for the analysis of digital industry in different regions.The analysis results show that the digital industry in shandong performs well,but there are still some problems that need to be improved.For example,the development of digital industry in shandong is unbalanced,lack of industrial parks,market maturity and innovation in financial management mechanism,etc.Therefore,shandong should focus on the comprehensive development of the digital industry in the next few years,establish cluster industrial parks,constantly improve the financial supervision mechanism,and stimulate the vitality of the financial investment market.
