Study On Economic Benefit Of Fresh Corn Planting In Hebei Province Under The Background Of Planting Structure Adjustment

Hebei Province is one of the important corn production bases.In response to a series of policies such as national agricultural supply-side structural reform,Hebei Province has continuously optimized and adjusted the planting structure of maize industry and developed a variety of alternative crops in recent years.Fresh corn has developed rapidly as an advantage alternative crop.As one of the provinces that planted fresh corn earlier,the development of fresh corn in Hebei Province has unique natural conditions and traditional planting advantages.In recent years,Hebei Province has adjusted and optimized the planting structure by developing characteristic alternative crops,gradually reduced the planting area of grain corn,and issued a series of policies for the development of fresh corn.Through the creation of industrial parks,support for leading agricultural enterprises and other ways to promote the vertical extension of fresh corn industry chain.Under the high corn planting cost and fierce market competition,how to find a breakthrough to solve the problem and improve the income of fresh corn growers has become the focus of promoting the development of fresh corn industry.Based on the investigation of fresh corn growers in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the economic benefits of fresh corn growers in Hebei Province,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of fresh corn industry by studying the policy environment and market environment of fresh corn planting in Hebei Province.in order to find out the way to optimize the planting benefit of fresh corn in Hebei Province.In order to enhance the competitiveness of fresh corn industry in Hebei Province and promote the healthy development of fresh corn industry,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Under the guidance of cost-benefit theory and comparative advantage theory,and based on the survey data of fresh corn growers in Hebei Province,this paper uses the method of multiple linear regression to analyze the economic benefits and influencing factors of fresh corn planting in Hebei Province.First of all,the paper combs and analyzes the current production situation of fresh corn in Hebei Province,summarizes the cost and benefit of planting fresh corn through field investigation and electronic questionnaire,analyzes the cost and benefit of fresh corn,and makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of fresh corn income on the basis of investigation samples.using the measurement method of multiple linear regression,the net profit is taken as the explained variable.The characteristics of operators,market environment,policy environment,input and output as explanatory variables,find out the main factors affecting the income of fresh corn,and analyze their influence degree according to the correlation coefficient,and explain and analyze the influence degree of each factor.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the economic benefits of fresh corn planting were put forward.Through in-depth research,this paper draws the following conclusions:first,the development of fresh corn in Hebei Province is better,but there are also some problems,such as the age structure of farmers is too old and receive less training,and the input cost is high,which swallows up the planting benefits of farmers.Farmers do not know much about the relevant agricultural policies,get less service support,and so on.Second,under the background of planting structure adjustment,the development of fresh corn has obvious economic advantages;third,the factors and degrees that affect the economic benefits of fresh corn planting in Hebei Province are different,among which the input-output factors are the most influential.The second is the market factor,the third is the policy environment factor,and the last is the operator characteristic.To improve the economic benefit of fresh corn planting needs the joint action of the grower,the government and the market.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of fresh corn industry from the perspectives of planting subject,government and market.The innovation of this paper lies in the first analysis of the policy influencing factors of the economic benefit of fresh corn planting in Hebei Province.Based on the policy background of "planting structure adjustment ",the economic benefit of fresh corn planting in Hebei Province was calculated by multiple stepwise regression method,and the influence degree of policy factors on the efficiency of fresh corn planting in Hebei Province was obtained.Some policy factors did not pass the significance test and the effect was poor.
