As the universal problem in the world,"three rural" problem also affects the balanced and full development of China's economy.In 2020,No.1 central document pointed out that in 2020,the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way was achieved.In order to achieve the objectives and tasks,the short board must be supplementing the "three rural" areas.It can be seen that China is determined to solve the "three rural" problem.The Yangtze River economic belt,which spans the three regions of East,middle and west of China,is an important economic strategic area of our country,and also the main agricultural production area of our country,greatly affecting the overall economic level of our country.Since the reform and opening up,with the improvement of the government's attention to agriculture,the income of rural residents in the Yangtze River Economic Zone has been increasing.However,due to the weakness of agriculture,agriculture is in a disadvantageous position in the market competition,the income of farmers is still in a backward level,and the "three rural" problem is still significant.To solve the "three rural" problem in the long economic zone is good for China's economic development It has a decisive role,and the key to solve the "three rural" problem is to solve the problem of farmers' income.Financial support for agriculture is one of the important strategies to support the development of agriculture and rural areas,which greatly affects the income of farmers.However,as the main policy of supporting agriculture in China,there is no consensus on the effect of financial support on Farmers' income.With the development of China's economy entering the new normal,it is an urgent task to promote the sustained and stable growth of farmers' income through financial support for agriculture.How does financial support affect farmers' income,the direction and strength of its influence need further study.Based on this,on the basis of summarizing the relevant research on financial support for agriculture and farmer's income,this paper first expounds the mechanism and path of financial support for agriculture affecting farmer's income in theory;secondly,it analyzes the data of financial support for agriculture and farmer's income from 2007 to 2018 in the Yangtze River economic belt,and concludes that the stability of financial support for agriculture is poor and the financial support for agriculture is poor There are obvious regional differences in intensity,and the income gap between urban and rural areas is gradually expanding.Finally,through the inter provincial panel data to establish a fixed effect model for empirical research,the results show that the financial support for agriculture investment has a significant positive impact on Farmers' income,but the impact is small,and it is found that farmers' income is affected by a variety of factors.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward: first,local governments should strengthen financial support for agriculture,ensure the stability of financial support for agriculture,and effectively promote the stable growth of farmers' income through financial support for agriculture;second,optimize the financial support for agriculture structure,and strengthen the investment in rural infrastructure construction,agricultural science and technology,and rural education,especially labor skills training,so as to help agricultural development and lead In order to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" fundamentally,the government of our country should make relevant policies according to the differences of agricultural development level in different regions and the actual situation,so as to ensure the maximization of the revenue of financial support for agriculture;fourthly,under the multi-level reform of legislation and supervision,we should establish effective procedural norms and responsibility mechanisms,and improve the news public opinion and the social public's Fifth,we should comprehensively consider the effects of various factors,give full play to the policy coordination mechanism,and work together to promote the growth of farmers' income.
