This research measures the impact of financial ratios towards dividend payout ratio in Indonesia and Thailand banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Thailand during the period 2013-2017.Multiple Linier Regression,Normality Test,Multicollinearity Test,Coefficient of Determination,F-Test,and T-Test have been applied on 24 banks as the samples in this research.The independent variables that are used in this research are Current Ratio,Return on Asset,Debt Equity Ratio,and Revenue Growth with Firm Size and Firm Age as the control variables.The dependent variable in this research is Dividend Payout Ratio.The result of the research shows that there is no significant impact between Current Ratio,Return on Assets,Debt Equity Ratio,and Revenues Growth on Dividend Payout Ratio in Indonesia banks with the percentage of 38.8%for the coefficient of determination.If the control variables involved,the coefficient of determination becomes 15.2%.For the Thailand banks,there is a significant impact between Current Ratio,Return on Assets,Debt Equity Ratio,and Revenue's Growth on Dividend Payout Ratio with the percentage of 50.4%for the coefficient of determination.If the control variables involved,there's an increase of 4.9%in coefficient of determination.The result of T-test shows in Indonesian banks that Return on Assets has a partial impact on Dividend Payout Ratio.In Thailand banks,Return on Assets has a partial impact on Dividend Payout Ratio the most,while Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio have a negative partial effect.And the rest percentage of the coefficient of determination may be affected by the factors that aren't in concern to this research.
