Process Analysis And Improvement In The Investment Decision-making Stage For The Whole Process Of Engineering Consulting

With the deepening reform of the pipes in our country clothing,for examination and approval of relevant departments across the country are carding the existing project examination and approval process reengineering after combing reengineering the process,to a certain extent,compressing the time of examination and approval of the project,to promote the project implementation to the ground,however,in the early stage of the project procedure in the process of actual operation,I found in the after process reengineering the process,there are still part of the process operation impeded,restricted the project at the same time,the advance of with ever increasing scientific decision-making level of investment in fixed assets,comprehensive across the stage The demand of integrated whole-process consulting service is also increasing day by day,and the emergence of whole-process consulting service also provides a new way of thinking to break the existing difficulties in the current process.Therefore,by analyzing and sorting out the constraints existing in the current process of government investment projects,this paper proposes improvement measures to improve the process of investment decision-making of government investment projects.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the status quo of the whole process of consultation at home and abroad,and comprehensively analyzes the advantages and development trends of the whole process of consultation.Secondly,it introduces the approval process of government investment projects in the decision-making stage of our country,and analyzes the existing difficulties and blocking points;The whole process consultation and project management concept are introduced again,and the existing process is reformed.Finally,through an example introduction,the advantages and disadvantages of the improved process are analyzed to ensure that the improved process can be copied and promoted.This study enriches the existing research results,improve the project manager's emphasis on key issues,effective compression of the government investment projects in the investment decision-making stage time,improve the government investment projects in the scientific rationality of investment decision-making stage of economy can be drawn lessons from for the investment decision-making for the government's decision-making process,to acertain extent,promote the smooth implementation of the project through in advance to evaluate key issues and risks.
