Research On High Quality Development Path Of Ordos City Economy From The Perspective Of New Development Concept

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China’s economy has changed from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.At present,it is in the key period of changing the national development mode,further transforming the growth power and continuously optimizing the economic structure.High quality development is the only way to build modernization,and also the policy guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the economy of Ordos City has grown rapidly,its comprehensive economic strength has been significantly enhanced,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and great achievements have been made in the modernization construction,which has created the national famous "Ordos phenomenon" and become one of the top 100 cities in the country.However,it is not sustainable to continue to rely on extensive growth of resources,so how to achieve high-quality economic development is the key to solve problems in Ordos.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of new development and high-quality development,and systematically summarizes the basic connotation of high-quality development.At the same time,based on the actual situation of Ordos City,a scientific and reasonable high-quality development evaluation index system is constructed under the guidance of the new development concept.Secondly,this paper explains the status of economic development in Ordos City and the significance of achieving high-quality economic development in Ordos City.Thirdly,according to the new development concept and the requirements of high-quality development,the innovation ability,economic development structure,green development level,open development level and sharing development level of Ordos City are studied in-depth.It is found that in the process of economic development in Ordos,there are some shortcomings,such as the lack of innovation ability,the uncoordinated economic structure,the lack of green development,the low level of opening-up and the low level of sharing development.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the paperputs forward the path choice to achieve high-quality economic development in Ordos City.Including implementing the innovation driven development strategy,promoting the coordinated development of industry,strengthening the construction of ecological environment,improving the driving mechanism of economic growth,and improving the income of farmers and herdsmen.
