Achievements In The Construction Of The National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone And Construction Level Evaluation Research

As a demonstration window of modern agriculture,modern agricultural demonstration area is a new model of modern agricultural development,which is guided by market and supported by science and technology.It is of great significance to study the demonstration area of modern agriculture for the development of modern agriculture.In this paper,the methods of investigation and research,literature analysis,normative analysis,analytic hierarchy process are used to carry out in-depth evaluation and analysis from six aspects,to objectively evaluate its current development situation,to summarize its development results,and to find its existing problems.Finally,reasonable policy suggestions are put forward in order to play a reference role in other agricultural demonstration areas.The main contents of this paper are as follows:the first chapter is the introduction,mainly narrates the modern agriculture of our country The development background leads to the research object-modern agricultural demonstration area;The second part is the related theoretical basis and literature review,combing the relevant theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research documents on the modern agricultural demonstration area,and obtains the evaluation index of the Yingshang county national modern agricultural demonstration area.Six indexes such as material equipment level,science and technology popularization level,management level,support level,output level and sustainable development level are determined,19 secondary indexes and 24 primary indexes.The third part and the fourth part mainly use the method of comparative analysis and normative analysis to study the present situation and development of the national modern agricultural demonstration area in Yingshang County.The results show that Yingshang County National Modern Agricultural demonstration Zone has made great achievements since its establishment.The fifth part mainly calculates the indexes of Yingshang County National Modern Agricultural demonstration area,and summarizes the development of the demonstration area since 2010.Through the analysis of the evaluation scores of the six indexes in the fifth part,the total score of Yingshang National Modern Agricultural demonstration area is 76.35,which reaches the stage of basically realizing modernization,but the speed of development is relatively slow.The overall level of development is not high and the development among the indicators is not in harmony.In order to promote the modernization of the national modern agricultural demonstration area in Yingshang County,relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
