Research On Construction Of Zaozhuang National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone

In 2015,since it was identified as the third batch of national modern agricultural demonstration zone,Zaozhuang City,based on the advantages of agricultural resources,characteristic industry and location,improved the construction organization of the demonstration zone,scientifically drew up the programs,actively strived for project support,issued a series of supporting policies,cultivated new types of agricultural businesses,actively spread advanced and applicable technologies,made great efforts to develop the ecological and cycling agriculture,and raise the level of agricultural modernization.In November 2017,the Ministry of Agriculture confirmed that Zaozhuang modern agricultural demonstration zone has basically realized agricultural modernization.This paper defines the basic concepts of agricultural modernization,modern agriculture and national modern agricultural demonstration zone,and expounds the related theories of the transformation of traditional agriculture,growth pole,system innovation theory,sustainable development.Using the monitoring and evaluation index system of the construction level of the national modern agricultural demonstration zone,the construction level of Zaozhuang modern agricultural demonstration zone was systematically evaluated.Zaozhuang has basically realized agricultural modernization as a whole,but nuisance free agricultural products,green food,organic agricultural products,farmers' income,agricultural insurance,sustainable development and other aspects of the basic realization of agricultural modernization still exist a certain gap.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats facing the construction of Zaozhuang modern agricultural demonstration zone by using the SWOT analysis method,and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the construction of agricultural brand,deepening rural property rights and financial reform,cultivating the agricultural leading enterprises,strengthening the protection of the ecological environment of agriculture,and developing the high quality and characteristic fruit.vegetable industry,promoting scientific and technological innovation and information construction.
