Research On The Impact Of China's Export Of Intermediate Goods On Vietnam's Industrialization

Industrialization is the universal development trend of all countries in the world,and it is the core measure to realize the transformation of agricultural economy from backwardness to modernity."the real key to the rise of the west is the industrial revolution.By learning from the development experience of the western developed countries,the later developing countries can achieve the dual purpose of improving the quality of economic development and promoting social transformation through the industrialization process and achievements.In connection with the current situation of Vietnam,the foundation of economic development is limited and the technological strength is still weak.It can achieve the goal of industrialization and gradually realize the transformation and upgrading of the economy through selective import products,especially intermediate products that can help promote industrial development.Intermediate products play an important role in Vietnam's industrial development.An intermediate product is a product used in the production of other products,not for final consumption.The value of the effective use of intermediate imports will enable Vietnam to take advantage of national advantages and participate more deeply in the global production network.Given to establish the function of supporting industry is not a day is not yet perfect intermediates in Vietnam under the condition of the supply chain,giving full play to the advantages of their own economic elements shall be the main way to skip the short link,directly through the way of import products quickly into production supply chain,Vietnam in recent years,the automobile,electronics,textile and other industries are fully practice the plan,so rapid growth.China and Vietnam are neighbors separated by a strip of water.In recent years,the quantity of industrial products,especially intermediate products,imported from China has been greatly increased.The author believes that it is an effective way for Vietnam to make full use of this economic and trade trend and join the industrial economic chain led by China.This paper takes China's intermediate products and Vietnam's industrial development as the research object.Theoretical part,mainly from the classical industry theory,the theory of global production networks and the vertical specialization theory and so on,was discussed based on production network exists the possibility of a different main body coordination production,was discussed based on vertical specialization has produced different stages such as intermediates and final products processing,and then on the basis of the detailed discusses the relevance of intermediates and industry and the relevant theoretical basis.At the same time,the industrialization development of Vietnam as understood in this paper depends on whether it can promote the development of medium and high technology industries and whether traditional processing trade can get rid of backward production basis.Industrial development is a process of continuous upgrading.On the basis of preliminary participation and simple processing,it is the normal law of industrial development to continuously improve the depth and technical content of participation,and it is also the goal of a country to promote industrial development in the global industrial division of labor.Therefore,in the part of influence mechanism,this paper analyzes from two aspects.The import of China's intermediate products has a promotion effect on Vietnam's medium and high technology industries,which is mainly reflected in the promotion of Vietnam's traditional processing industry and the development of Vietnam's modern manufacturing industry.As for the empirical part,through a large number of data research,this paper finds that:China's import of intermediate products has obvious promotion effect on Vietnam's medium and high technology industries,which is greater than that of low-technology industries,promoting the development of processing trade and accelerating Vietnam's participation in the vertical division of labor in the world.Intermediates to prove that China imported association with Vietnam industrial development,the article has carried on the empirical analysis,using the method such as using cointegration test,VAR model investigation of 1997-2017 China intermediates for Vietnam's industrial development,the influence of the results show that China's products imported to Vietnam high evident influence of type and high technology industry,the industrial development.Finally,the corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward on this basis.
