With the continuous expansion of China's financial system and the gradual reform of the financial system,the speed of financial market development continues to move forward.Market and customer factors are no longer the most critical factors for competition between banks.The lure of high salary,job commitment and welfare benefits are the most important competitive factors for banks nowadays.At this stage,more attention is paid to the competition of talents.In particular,the cultivation and introduction of core staff has attracted more attention from banks.How to retain and attract outstanding staff is indeed a question worth pondering for today's commercial banks.Therefore,to discuss the problem of employee turnover in commercial banks has a certain theoretical and practical basis,which can help commercial banks improve the management of resources and human resources.Based on this,this paper chooses NB Bank as the research object,Literature analysis,questionnaire survey and field survey are adopted to study the problem of staff turnover in NB Banks.This paper can be divided into four aspects:First,In terms of theory,this paper summarizes relevant literature and materials of domestic and foreign scholars on "staff turnover",and obtains the achievements and shortcomings of their research.Meanwhile,they are familiar with the basic concepts and related theories of staff turnover in commercial Banks,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and influence of staff turnover in NB bank.It analyzes the staff turnover in NB bank from 2012 to 2016 in terms of age,education background,position and working years,and obtains the current situation of staff turnover in NB bank.Industry competition,marketing brain drain;Management staff turnover rate is low;Serious shortage of innovative talents in science and technology;Low entry threshold for security personnel and high turnover rate.It also summarizes the current impacts of NB bank staff turnover,that is,bank operating costs are on the rise,bank business processing efficiency is stagnant,customer loyalty is low,leading to serious loss,reducing staff cohesion and bank brand image.Again,with the method of questionnaire survey analyzed the reasons of the loss of NB bank employee,polled 140 people,including a teller line 40,administrative organs of 40 employees,30 customer manager,information science and technology department staff 10 and 20 agency employees,from Banks,employees,the external environment to carried on the analysis to the reasons of the loss of NB bank employees;Finally,put forward in view of the NB bank staffs loss prevention strategy,respectively is:clear and reasonable values and ideals,to improve core staff loyalty,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to strengthen staff ability to repair itself,with material incentive employees,establish a good working environment for the employees,provide enough opportunities for employees,and from the aspects of communication,system and law of the three corresponding protection measures are put forward.Through the implementation and application of these countermeasures,we can continuously improve the management level of NB bank employees,reduce the turnover rate of NB bank employees,and ensure the sustainable and stable development of NB bank.At the same time,it can also provide reference and reference for other bank staff management,and ultimately promote the sustainable and stable development of our commercial banks.
