With the development of economic globalization,the world market economy environment has gradually changed from the era of industrial revolution and information revolution to the era of global economic integration.Due to the wide distribution of major enterprises across continents,different cultural backgrounds and financial standards,and different qualifications of financial personnel,the adoption of a unified financial treatment method has become an important choice for large enterprises.Centralized financial management and improving the efficiency and quality of financial management processes can enable enterprises to improve their financial management level,enhance their competitiveness and remain invincible in this rapidly changing society.The theory of business process reengineering(BPR)is a product of the change of enterprise management,which swept the world in the 1990s.Combining with Financial Sharing Center of AD,this paper combines business process reengineering management theory with financial management process reengineering,and makes in-depth research and comprehensive analysis from aspects of work content,scope and process,which has very important practical significance for realizing centralized financial management and improving management efficiency and quality.Starting from the reality for Financial Sharing Center of AD’s financial management process,this paper first studies the relevant basic theory and theoretical basis of business process reengineering,studies some domestic and foreign research documents on business process reengineering theory and more in-depth financial management process optimization theory,and clarifies the importance and necessity of business process reengineering.Secondly,according to the current situation of Financial Sharing Center of AD and financial management,four important business processes are selected,namely employee reimbursement process,accounts payable business process,accounts receivable business process and fixed asset business process,and the basic situation of these four business processes is analyzed and clarified.Finally,DMAIC is taken as the operation method to implement business process reengineering,and Full Time Equivalent,(FTE.)is used to measure the operation time and efficiency of various businesses in the process.Then,the fishbone diagram method is used to analyze the problems and causes in the process.Under the guidance of refined and flat management ideas and in combination with the expected goals and principles of the process reorganization of Financial Sharing Center of AD,the four main financial processes of Financial Sharing Center of AD-employee reimbursement business process,accounts payable business process,accounts receivable business process and fixed assets business process are reorganized.The analysis results show that the quality and efficiency of the four sub-processes have been greatly improved after excluding non-value-added activities and improving value-added activities.Based on the application reseach results of four financial processes in Financial Sharing Center of AD for financial management process,it is necessary to carry out business process reengineering to improve management efficiency and quality,which has very important practical significance.The methods and ideas adopted in this paper guide business process reengineering to carry out corresponding work for other similar enterprises.
