Research On The Financing Development Strategy Of A Company In Jiangxi Province

As an important part of the national economy,SMEs are the basic force for promoting economic development and maintaining social stability.With the establishment and improvement of China's market economic system,SMEs play a major role in increasing market vitality and absorbing labor and employment.The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises was implemented on January 1,2018.The bill emphasizes that China's financial institutions should actively perform the functions of providing financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises.As the core external financing channel for Chinese SMEs,indirect financing of banks directly affects the survival and development of SMEs.In particular,state-owned banks have implemented credit policies that are highly relevant to the ability of SMEs to successfully achieve financing.However,due to the limitations of its own business status and credit crunch,the domestic SMEs have encountered the dilemma of “funding difficulties and expensive financing”.Since the international financial crisis in 2008,the real economy has been in a downturn.The development of SMEs is affected by the international and domestic situation and exposes many problems.Affected by the implementation of domestic supply-side reforms and the Sino-US trade war,many domestic SMEs have fallen into a development dilemma.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the current financing problems of SMEs,find out the reasons for their financing difficulties,and take feasible measures to properly handle these problems.Through literature research,comparative analysis,case analysis research methods,based on information asymmetry,financing priority order and relational loan theory,this paper analyzes the financing status of SMEs and proposes corresponding development strategies for the current development problems.Thereby helping SMEs to successfully finance.The first part mainly introduces the research status of SMEs at home and abroad and the purpose and significance of this article.The second part mainly introduces the definition of SMEs and the significance of financing.The third part mainly introduces the current situation and problem analysis of A company.The fourth part discusses the development strategy of A company.The fifth part describes the financing strategy promotion and guarantee measures of A company.This paper believes that to fundamentally solve the financing problems of SMEs,it is necessary to thoroughly study the reasons for the financing difficulties of SMEs,and on this basis,to explore new strategies and new products for SMEs that state-owned commercial banks adapt to the current new situation.At the same time,in order to enable new products to better serve the financing of SMEs,it is necessary to formulate corresponding countermeasures to ensure that innovative new SME products can be effectively used.Therefore,this paper takes SME A as a case to study the financing status and major difficulties of SMEs in China,and finally concludes that banks should design and develop new loan products,enrich financing support means,and promote the cooperation mechanism between SMEs and financial institutions.Improve the financing guarantee system and other countermeasures.Finally,the problem of “financing and financing” for SMEs will be solved.This paper,through the research on A corporate financing problems and countermeasures,aims to provide reference for the economic development of Jiangxi and even China's small and medium-sized enterprises,and can finally achieve the "business,society,banking" three-way win-win situation.
