Since the reform and opening up,China's market economy has made great progress.The enterprise is a component of the market.As a component of the market economy,its development level represents the development of the overall national economic capacity.With the continuous development of science and technology,high-tech enterprises have become the tide of the new era.More and more high-tech enterprises hope to achieve rapid growth with the help of national policy preferences.In this wave of development in the new era,people usually have the view that the growth rate of a company is positively related to the development ability of the company.This has caused many companies to grow blindly.The rapid growth brings that companies need to increase their own investment and bear greater financial risks.In order to be able to seek a sustainable development,this paper selects high-tech enterprises to study its financial sustainable growth,in the hope of providing more thinking to other high-tech enterprises.This paper selects hiigh-tech enterprise XF company as the research object,analyzes some hidden problems in financial sustainable growth,and adopts literature research method,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative combination method to propose problems in XF sustainable development.The corresponding optimization strategy.This thesis is studied from five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,expounds the research background and significance of the article,and summarizes the literature at home and abroad by listing the research of scholars at home and abroad,and then writes the research characteristics of this article and my main Innovation point.The second chapter mainly elaborates the relevant theoretical foundations,and describes four models of sustainable growth in detail,and simultaneously makes a brief comparison of the four models.The third chapter briefly outlines the basic situation of XF company,then summarizes the overall financial situation with traditional financial indicators,and then introduces the annual report data of three industries to conduct comparative analysis of sustainable growth rate.Finally,compare XF company.In recent years,the sustainable growth rate and the actual growth rate have found problems in the process of sustainable financial growth.The fourth chapter puts forward several optimization suggestions for the development of XF company in view of the problems analyzed in the above.The fifth chapter summarizes the shortcomings of the full-text research and puts forward the prospect of future research.Compared with the previous research,this paper has the following innovations:In the current research system,there are many researches on the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises,and there are still many vacancies in the research of high-tech enterprises,especially for individual high-tech enterprises..Under the current situation of rapid development of artificial intelligence industry,this paper selects XF company as the case goal,proposes optimization suggestions for the problems faced in financial sustainable growth,and has certain reference value for the development of future high-tech enterprises.However,although this paper is based on the analysis of specific case companies,in practice,there is a certain deviation between the theory and the actual situation.The author hopes that after entering the society,the first-hand information will be analyzed in more detail.It is expected to provide more specific countermeasures for updating.
