Vegetable industry is one of the leading agricultural industries in Shouguang City,and it is an important support to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.Shouguang vegetable industry is a comprehensive concept including vegetable production,vegetable processing,management and circulation,product sales and other links and pre-natal,mid-natal,post-natal services and other fields.However,from the current vegetable industry as a whole chain,a variety of service functions complete,service facilities advanced and perfect,its service capacity,level and scale are far beyond the needs of Shouguang vegetable production itself,the scope of service not only faces Shouguang but also faces the whole country.The problems of Shouguang vegetable industry mainly focus on the production links.At the same time,with the gradual improvement of the new agricultural management system and the development of modern agriculture,production,processing and circulation of industrial chains and value chains will continue to integrate into agriculture.The current problem is that Shouguang vegetable farmers want to expand the reproduction of land and other factors constrained by giving up vegetable farmers and reluctant to accumulate years of technology.Many growers are in an awkward situation that they want to do nothing but want to give up.According to the statistics of Shouguang Agricultural Bureau,in recent years,only3.6% of the total number of greenhouses have been built and rebuilt every year.At present,Shouguang vegetable production is actually in a "stalemate" state and is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.Aiming at the problem of transformation and upgrading of vegetable industry in Shouguang City,this paper elaborates the current situation of development of vegetable industry in Shouguang City,analyzes the favorable conditions and restrictive factors affecting transformation and upgrading,and puts forward the basic ideas and Countermeasures for transformation and upgrading.The first part mainly introduces the three links of Shouguang vegetable industry,which are pre-production,middle-production and post-production.It puts forward the problems of low degree of organization,low degree of planning and irregular distribution management,and demonstrates the purpose and necessity of transformation and upgrading.This paper expounds the important significance of industrial organization theory,scale economy theory and information asymmetry theory to this study;the third part introduces the development course of Shouguang vegetable industry,and analyzes the present situation of Shouguang vegetable industry from three aspects of industrial structure,industrial status and industrial benefits,and from the construction of industrial management system.Thefourth part analyzes the favorable conditions and restrictive factors for the transformation of Shouguang vegetable industry;the fifth part analyzes the vegetable production in Sangjiayingzi,Dongzhenguan and Tuntiaxivillages.The sixth part is the focus of the paper,through the above overall analysis and research,combined with Shouguang reality,clear the idea of the transformation to park agriculture,green agriculture,brand agriculture,put forward the transformation of development ideas,cultivate and play a demonstration.It is hoped that the text can provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of Shouguang's vegetable industry,the comprehensive production capacity of the vegetable industry and the transformation and upgrading of the vegetable industry to scale,standardization,quality and efficiency.
