In today's increasingly globalized economy,with the further narrowing of the urban-rural gap,many farmers have begun to look for ways to get rid of poverty and become rich,especially the new generation of farmers who have a relatively high level of knowledge supported by government policies.And actively create wealth.China's farmers have achieved remarkable results in entrepreneurship and innovation in 2018.By the end of 2018,farmers across the country had established a total of 25.05 million small and micro enterprises,which played a very important role in the rapid development of China's economy.However,due to the constraints of farmers 'own knowledge and technology,small businesses face problems such as small scale,relatively backward technology,credit difficulties,and lack of funds during the development process.When starting a business,small enterprises should find their own problems in time and propose corresponding solutions.This article takes three small enterprises in Weihai as an example to study the development of farmers in Weihai who set up small enterprises in the city.The first part puts forward the research content of this article and proposes related research methods and technical roadmaps based on the current research status.At home and abroad;the second part puts forward the competition strategy theory,financial management theory,financing theory,and marketing theory of farmers entering the city to start a business;Analyze the current situation of farmers in three small enterprises in Weihai City to start their own businesses;the fourth part puts forward the problems faced by farmers in starting businesses in the city;the fifth part proposes corresponding policies and measures to provide new practical guidance for farmers to start businesses in cities.
