As a solely state-owned limited liability company of asset and capital operation category approved by Suzhou Municipal Government,Suzhou CT Company is a local financing platform.With favorable public praise and foundation in state-owned systems in Suzhou,CT Company has undertaken large amounts of infrastructure business,which bring in practical life quality promotion for the public.However,with constant reforms of state-owned enterprises and transformations of local financing platforms,the original development mode of the company cannot meet demands of current market development trend,and it is inevitable to develop self-owned brands and expand emerging industries for enterprises.For this reason,it is needed for CT Company to explore potential brand values and implement suitable brand strategies,so as to conduct transformation and upgrading.Research on brand strategies of Suzhou CT Company is conducted in this paper,to analyze it based on current operation conditions and strategies arrangements.The SWOT analysis method is utilized to analyze strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of the company,so as to find out problems in brand strategy of the company.In addition,advantages of brand images of state-owned brands are found based on investigation on state-owned enterprise brands,to conduct brand strategy plan for involved industries of the company in the future in combination of strategic development plans of the company of the four major plates,i.e.,construction,energy,assets and capital.In this way,the brand strategic research can help Suzhou CT Company conduct transformation and upgrading in a practical and effective way,to realize the transformation and upgrading of Suzhou CT Company from a local financing platform to an enterprise of independent management,so as to achieve self-directed development.
