The training of new employees is the process by which enterprises recruit new employees from the social person into the enterprise,and also the process of integrating new employees from the outside of the enterprise to the inside of the enterprise and becoming members of the enterprise.For businesses,new employee training plays an important role,improve new employee awareness,job responsibilities of the staff of the enterprise to enhance sense of belonging and identity,so that new employees can be more comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the work.Based on the new employee training management JS mobile service center is the focus of the study,using literature research method to study the domestic and foreign advanced management training model,understand the method of training needs analysis,training plan,training implementation and training effect evaluation of the training management process,analyzed and summarized the advantages of each training management model and deficiencies.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis of the training management process model of Jon Warner as the new JS mobile service center staff training management process framework.The author uses the method of questionnaire,interview and collection of JS mobile service center existing documents,from the training needs analysis,training plan,training implementation and training effect evaluation and other aspects of the JS mobile service center of new employee training management status,problems and reasons,the design optimization scheme of the new employee training management of mobile JS the customer service center,to explore the safeguard measures of the new employee training management and implementation of the possibility of optimization.
