With the development of the HR and humanistic management,the degree of employee satisfaction has become the key determinant factor for making profits in the Service Profit Chain study. And it has become one of the big concerns in the management field. The S branch of China Unicom encountered with a problem of increasing of staff turnover rate.This is directly related to the lower employees satisfaction.This is just what this article is about to study.That means to study what is the problem about the employees satisfaction in S branch of Unicom,analyze the situation of the degree of employee satisfaction and discussed the systematic approaches to do the employee satisfaction,and put them into effect.And all this study should follow the direction of humen resource management theory. This study and practice is hoped to meet the challenge of the employees management crisis of the call center.This article is composed of five chapters.Tthe first chapter gives a brief introduction to the background information of employees satisfaction situation in S branch of China Unicom,and the reseatch method as well as the theoretical principles basis.The second chapter will focus on the diagnosis of the situation of ES in the call center. This chapter also gives a analysis to the shortage of the management.Chaper three will give a systematic solution to raise the degree of ES in the call center. With the targets and detailed implementation plan included.The solution is composed of four projects in order to build a "sunny home" in the call center. A analysis to the periodical outcome of ES approaching project is fulfilled in chapter four. And this chapter gives some advice on optimization for next step of ES management. Chapter five gives a conclution to the ES management practice in the call center.And make a prospective suggestion for further ES managment.in the call center.
