Research On Countermeasure Of Investment Promotion In Luanping Under Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integtation

The three provinces of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have a very important position in military,economic,political,and cultural fields.In order to enable the three regions to achieve complementary advantages and coordinated development,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee reviewed and approved the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development plan in April 2015.Outline,General Secretary Xi Jinping re-emphasizes in 2019 that scientific planning should be comprehensively deployed to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Facing the new opportunities for the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,as an important means of economic development in Luanping County,the old investment attraction model in Luanping County is no longer applicable and needs to be improved.This paper studies the investment promotion measures of Luanping County under the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,in order to promote the continuous increase of poverty-stricken villages and poor households in Luanping County,promote the sustainable development of County's economy and rural industries,and help build a well-off society in 2022.This exploration may also provide a sample for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and play a leading role.This paper first summarizes the domestic and international research on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and investment promotion.Then,through the large amount of first-hand information obtained through the investigation,it sorts out the three measures of foreign investment attraction,achievements and experience in Luanping County under the integrated environment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Realistic exploration;Next,analyze the problems existing in County's foreign investment attraction,and conduct SWOT analysis under the background of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei integration,analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of County's foreign investment attraction;The successful experience of attracting foreign investment at home and abroad is expected to be used for reference.Finally,relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the foreign investment attraction of County are proposed.This paper believes that in the investment promotion work of Luanping County,we must first establish a correct investment ideology and planning,clarify its own development orientation,plan to focus on innovation,and break the limitations of investment attraction.Secondly,we must accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure,strengthen the management of mining economy,and upgrade modern Agricultural strength,accelerate the development of modern service industry,promote the revitalization of cultural industry,continuously optimize the industrial structure of County,and fully exert the initiative to strengthen the industrial cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in industry,ecological environment and culture;Create a good foreign investment environment,including improving the urban and rural appearance,formulate a scientific investment promotion policy,and optimize the government's investment promotion function and social service environment.
