As an important component of China’s capital market, property right trading market has experienced the process of rapid development to downturn and then to a new level through reform. The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasis on the important role of the market in resource allocation, which brought new challenges to the property rights trading market development. Property rights trading center was founded in 1996 in Hebei province, it promotes the reform of state-owned enterprises restructuring, realizes optimal allocation of resources and promotes the adjustment of economic structure. It also provides an open, transparent and authoritative market environment, speeds up the transfer of property rights and the adjustment of economic structure, which is the important place to state-owned property reorganization and circulation. The implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy makes increasingly close ties of the three places, the establishment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei property right trade union is of great significance to the development of property rights trading market.In the perspective of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, the study on property rights trading market in hebei province is very necessary. First of all, this article refines the concept and theory of property rights trading market and the theory of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, then analyzes the development status of the property rights trading market. Secondly, under the perspective of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, the article summarizes the property right trading market development experience of Beijing and Tianjin and puts forward the problems existing in the property rights trading market development in Hebei province, then uses the econometric model and related data to analyze the relationship between property rights trading market and the economic development. Finally, the article puts forward suggestions on the development of property rights transaction in Hebei province from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. On macro aspect, we should enhance the cooperation of property right trading market of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, including: promote key projects, information sharing and disclosure, business communication and learning. On micro aspect, Hebei province should develop economy, define property rights trading market function, accelerate the property right market business innovation, perfect the relevant legal and regulatory system of property rights trading market, which has practical significance for the development of property rights trading market of Hebei province under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.
