Since the 21 st century,the development environment of China's express delivery industry has been continuously improved,and the quality of service has been significantly improved,making an important contribution to China's economic and social development.As a manufacturing country,China's production and processing of various types of products require corresponding logistics and distribution,involving small batches or goods with strict requirements on delivery time,are inseparable from the express delivery industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the express logistics industry as an important part of e-commerce ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.Collection express is at the front end of Express Transfer,which can be said to be the first step of express delivery.When the company pays attention to breaking through the "last mile" of express delivery,it should also pay attention to the "starting one kilometer" of express delivery,and think about how to make the express delivery "a good first step."This paper takes D company international express collection network as the research object,and through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the company's express collection in Beichen District of Tianjin,it is found that the company has extensive issues in the area of delivery responsibility,not planning for the delivery path,lack of guidance services before delivery,and insufficient attention to basic delivery data.These problems restrict the efficiency of the company's operations and affect the long-term development of the company and should be resolved as soon as possible.Aiming at the problem of the extensive division of the company's express collection area,firstly,this paper divides the express collection area of the company's beichen district with k-means clustering algorithm and scanning algorithm respectively.Then,based on the idea of the shortest path,in the area divided by the two algorithms,the vehicle path optimization scheme is obtained by using the nearest insertion method respectively.In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the main data before and after optimization and the two optimization schemes,it is considered that the optimization design is feasible.Finally,on the basis of the optimization design of this paper,the paper proposes express collection network optimization suggestions for D company Beichen District and even the international express delivery industry.First,it pays attention to theguidance of the path planning.Second,it strengthens the express delivery guidance service.And third,it excavates the value of the basic data of the express.
