Total logistics costs account for approximately18%of the GDP, higher than in developed countries doubled, therefore, excessively high design more effective and practical application of logistics distribution algorithm, the rapid development of the computer system for logistics distribution system to realize reasonable path transportation, thus saving transportation time, reduce transportation cost, improve the modern logistics system efficiency and reduce cost is very necessary.As a special form of logistics services, courier services have made considerable progress in recent years. Timeliness and safety is the core value of courier services. Customers demanding requirements on the courier service, on time, safe, reliable, convenient, tracking inquiries have higher requirements than other transportation services.In this paper, on the basis of analysis of express distribution status and problems are discussed, to the courier industry data and model complex this paper, the method to select the initial cluster centers according to the point density, improved method in the original fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm based on density calculated for each sample point in the preprocessing stage, according to the size of the sort of density, c density point is selected as the initial cluster centers. Then cluster based on fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm, selected at random from the selection of the initial cluster centers selected for the purpose of.
