Research On Management Efficiency Of TZ Company's Working Capital Under Supply Chain Integration

Under the wave of new retail reforms,the pattern of online and offline channel separation has gradually withdrawn from the stage,and omni-channel integration has gradually become the mainstream trend.The transformation of the retail model is based on omni-channel resources,with supply chain integration as the main implementation measure.The omni-channel supply chain completes the integration of resources in two directions,namely,internal resources such as horizontal integration of procurement links,inventory distribution links,and sales links,and integration of external resources such as suppliers and customers;vertical integration of online and offline Channel resources are ultimately the ultimate goal of achieving integrated customer value maximization.As the core of maintaining business turnover,working capital flows through all aspects of the supply chain,which plays a decisive role in corporate profitability and operational capability.The domestic working capital management research has evolved from the factor analysis method of traditional financial indicators to the analysis methods combined with supply chain management,stakeholders,financial sharing,and business operation modes.On the basis of supply chain theory,the integration of supply chain omnichannel emphasizes the promotion of working capital management efficiency under the promotion of big data,artificial intelligence,Internet of things and other technologies,and captures more resources for enterprises to achieve higher Benefits.Starting from the chain retail industry,this paper first analyzes the basic content of supply chain integration in the chain retail industry,and on this basis,analyzes the impact mechanism of the integration of internal business links in the supply chain on the efficiency of enterprise working capital management.Through analysis,it is found that the change of procurement mode,supplier integration,information sharing,customer relationship optimization,and payment efficiency improvement are important factors in improving the efficiency of working capital management of chain retail enterprises.Secondly,this paper introduces TZ company as the object of case analysis,introduces the relevant content of TZ company to improve the management of working capital through supply chain integration,and examines the various business links of the enterprise in combination with the management efficiency index of working capital.Whether the management efficiency of working capital can be improved under the integration of supply chain.In view of the problems existing in the management of working capital under the supply chain integration of TZ company,the following optimization suggestions are proposed:optimizing the working capital structure,enhancing the ability to resist risks,attaching importance to establishing cooperative relationships with suppliers,enhancing the construction of sales terminals,driving inventory turnover rate,and strengthening working capital.The supervision mechanism and the awareness of the management of working capital of employees within the company.partnership with suppliers Enhance the construction of the sales terminal to drive inventory turnover.
