Operating Capability Analysis Of Biguiyuan Under Supply Chain Integration Business Model

Operating capacity refers to the ability of enterprises to make profits by using various assets,and reflects the efficiency of capital use of enterprises through the speed of asset turnover.In recent years,improving the operational capacity has become the goal of real estate enterprises.Due to the rapid growth of housing prices,the real estate bubble has seriously disrupted the market,and the state has issued a series of macro-control policies to curb real estate prices,with limited profit margins.On the other hand,in the situation of de-leveraging and risk prevention,the financing channels of enterprises are blocked.Therefore,in order to improve the level of income,enterprises must improve their operational capacity and speed up asset turnover.Under the background of limited development,Biguiyuan has been developing rapidly by speeding up asset turnover.Since it entered the ranks of 100 billion housing enterprises in 2013,its sales performance has reached a new high.In 2017,Biguiyuan ranked first in the industry with 550.8 billion yuan in sales performance.But behind the brilliant safety incidents occur frequently,which is thought-provoking.Is there any relationship between safety accident and assets turnover of Biguiyuan? Why can Biguiyuan achieve rapid turnover? What is its operational capability?This paper takes Biguiyuan as the research object,chooses the financial data from 2013 to 2017,through studying the operation efficiency and operation effect of the enterprise,specifically analyzes its operation ability under the mode of supply chain integration.Because of the business model of supply chain integration in Biguiyuan,the project development efficiency is high,the cost is low,and it has the business foundation of rapid development and rapid sales,this paper first studies the concept,formation background,process and significance of Biguiyuan's supply chain integration business model;secondly,it analyses the necessity of Biguiyuan to improve its operation efficiency and the means of talent incentive,and through inventory.Through the horizontal and vertical comparison of financial indicators such as turnover rate and total assets turnover rate,this paper analyses the operationefficiency of enterprises,and draws the conclusion that Biguiyuan has high operation efficiency and obvious advantages.Thirdly,it dialectically analyses the operation effect of Biguiyuan.On the one hand,through the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial indicators of enterprise income,profit and cash flow,it points out that speeding up asset turnover promotes the performance of Biguiyuan.Growth has promoted the expansion of the scale of Biguiyuan;on the other hand,it points out that Biguiyuan has the phenomena of shortening construction period,self-supervision and self-construction,excessive material incentives in the process of accelerating turnover,which indicates that blindly pursuing fast turnover leads to frequent outbreaks of safety accidents.Finally,the analysis of the article concludes that the business model of the integration of the supply chain of Country Garden and its talent incentive mechanism support the rapid turnover of Country Garden assets,but Country Garden's turnover is excessive,and the operating capacity needs to be optimized.At the same time,according to the conclusion of the article and the status quo of the development of Country Garden,the author gives some suggestions for moderate turnover,focusing on the integration of business assets,accelerating technological innovation,and improving the construction level.It has a reference significance to improve and optimize the operating ability of Country Garden and the same industry enterprises.
