Research On The Influence Of Electronic Money On China's Money Supply

Money is an indispensable thing in human life transactions,and it's shape has changed.Since the 21st century,with the continuous advancement of science and technology and e-commerce,electronic money has achieved efficient growth.As a new form of currency,it's efficient circulation has greatly improved people's way of life,but it will also have an impact on existing monetary theory.Therefore,based on the actual situation of China's electronic money,this paper analyzes the role of electronic money on China's money multiplier,and gives the policy recommendations based on the conclusion.This paper firstly reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,and makes a simple evaluation in the process of combing.Secondly,it investigates the development status of China's electronic money,collects and combs the development history of money supply theory,and on this basis Study the relationship between the use rate of electronic money and China's currency multiplier;finally,collect the existing data in China and conduct quantitative regression,draw conclusions and give policy recommendations.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There is a negative correlation between the usage rate of electronic money in China and the narrow money multiplier kl,and a positive correlation with k2;(2)The effect of electronic money usage on k2 is greater than that on The effect of kl;(3)Electronic money will increase the degree of fluctuation of China's currency multiplier,and have an impact on the implementation of money supply and monetary policy.
