With the rapid development of the social market economy,China's major commercial banks recognize that customers and themselves are interdependent.Commercial banks still have some shortcomings in quality customer management,and gradually recognize the importance of quality customer management.Therefore,the research on the quality customer management strategy of commercial banks has important practical significance for the future development of domestic commercial banks.This paper first discusses the current situation of Jining Rural Commercial Bank's quality customer management based on the research background of Jining Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jining Rural Commercial Bank).Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and other means,the customer satisfaction of Jining Rural Commercial Bank's product use was analyzed,and the problems existing in the quality customer management of Jining Rural Commercial Bank were analyzed.Finally,according to the actual situation of Jining Rural Commercial Bank,the optimization strategy of quality customer management of Jining Rural Commercial Bank was put forward.The research shows that Jining rural commercial bank has insufficient understanding of high-quality customer relationship management in high-quality customer management,has not made accurate understanding of high-quality customer value,does not have a complete set of institutions,needs to further enhance the awareness of active service,has a single classification of customers,lacks the ability to develop intelligent customer management software,has high customer maintenance costs,and the value of high-end customers is difficult It has been well reflected,attached great importance to data accumulation and ignored analysis and use;through investigation and research,it has been put forward that there are potential values in Jining agricultural commercial bank's high-quality customer management,such as analyzing and locking high-quality customers,implementing high-quality customer differentiation service strategy,and helping high-quality customer precision marketing;and in view of the existing problems,it has put forward high-quality customer segmentation strategy and high-quality customer difference In order to improve the management level of Jining rural commercial bank for high-quality customers,optimization strategies such as dissimilation service strategy,high-quality customer precision marketing strategy,strengthening customer manager's high-quality customer data analysis ability and so on are carried out.
