Research On Perfecting Rural Financial Service Under The Strategy Of "Rural Revitalization"

The "rural revitalization" strategy is a major strategy put forward by the party's 19th National Congress and is the general starting point for promoting the "three rural" work.In February 2019,China's Central Document No.l comprehensively deployed agricultural and rural development.This document focuses on the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and points out that it is of special importance to do a good job in "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".China is a big agricultural country.Agriculture is the foundation of our people's life and an important support for people's livelihood.The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been a key research issue in China's economic and financial fields.Agricultural development is inseparable from financial support.Finance is the blood of the real economy and the dominant of the modern economy.The proposal of the "rural revitalization" strategy has raised the development of agriculture and rural areas to a new height.The rural revitalization strategy is an important task for the whole party and the people of the whole country.The purpose of rural revitalization is to make the industry prosper,ecologically livable,civilized,effective,and affluent.Among them,the prosperity of rural industries is inseparable from the strong support of financial services.Based on this background,it is imperative to actively implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote agricultural development.Rural financial services are part of the modern financial system and support for rural economic development.With the acceleration of China's agricultural development process and the rapid development of various business scales,the demand generated by farmers is also increasing,and the demand for rural financial services is increasing.Therefore,this paper first defines the meaning of rural finance and rural financial services,and then lays the foundation through the explanation of rural financial theory and financial development theory.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of rural financial service agriculture and points out the problems in the development stage of rural financial service agriculture.Empirical analysis of the relationship between rural financial service level and agricultural development shows that rural financial services have a positive effect on agricultural development.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical test,this paper proposes to improve the rural financial service system,further enhance the level of financial services support,innovate financial service products,further improve the agricultural credit and guarantee system,and deepen the agricultural policy development.Under the current level,we can increase the support of financial services and achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development of China's agriculture.
