Optimization Research On Internal Control Optimization Of J Water Company Based On Risk Management

The role of enterprise internal control in modern enterprise management is becoming more and more important.Many industries have paid a heavy price for the lack of control over many defects of internal control.Water supply companies are an essential public service industry in all modern cities.Urban life,industrial production,and service operations are inseparable from running water.Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the importance of water supply companies has become increasingly prominent.It is in this environment that there are many opportunities and risks for water supply companies.Development provides important guarantees.At the same time,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China also have problems such as lack of scientific internal management and inadequate internal control systems,which cannot effectively implement risk control.This is likely to lead to the misjudgment of the enterprise in the process of identification and reaction control when a risk event occurs,causing inevitable losses.The research object of this paper is the state-owned medium-sized water supply company.Based on the characteristics of the water supply company,it analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises.First,it introduces the significance and background of the research,as well as the current status of research on internal control and risk management at home and abroad.Then taking J Water Company as an example,based on the five-element framework of internal control,analyze the current status of the internal control of the water supply company,and build an index system of J Water Affairs internal control.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weights,and the fuzzy analysis method was used to quantitatively score the internal control system of J Water,and then the problems existing in the internal control system of J Water were obtained based on the score.Finally,combined with the related theory of risk management,put forward suggestions for improvement and optimization,and improve J Water's internal control system.I hope that this article can not only provide a reference for the optimization of J Water's internal control,but also contribute to the research on the internal control issues of domestic water supply companies,so that their future operation and management are more scientific,risk aversion is more effective,and accounting information is more secure and accurate.To maximize corporate efficiency.
