Under the dual influence of natural environment change and man-made industrial behavior,water pollution,water shortage,pipe network leakage and so on frequently occur frequently,and the uncertainty factor of urban water supply safety is increased,and the construction and maintenance of water supply network Come a lot of challenges.In order to improve the quality of water supply,reduce and prevent the risk of water supply pipe network,to protect people 's normal life and production,to establish an effective water quality monitoring and emergency management of pipe network emergency measures is imminent.In this paper,from the perspective of enterprise operation and management,carried out HF water group water supply pipe network risk control research.Firstly,the basic theory of risk management in urban water supply network is analyzed,and the main problems are analyzed,and the necessity of implementing water supply pipe network risk management is demonstrated.Then,it introduces the basic situation and practical experience of the internal control mechanism of the enterprise,and discusses the important role of the internal control construction in the water supply enterprise production process.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of pipe network management of HF water supply group.Combining with the theory of risk management and internal control,this paper constructs water quality security system,which can realize water quality monitoring and early warning and emergency disposal.The main conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)To discuss the current situation and the existing problems of the risk control of HF water supply network,and to present the main methods and basic processes of HF water supply group in risk identification.Analysis of the water purification process,pipe network transmission and distribution and secondary water supply,water quality and water quality is an important reason leading to pipe network risk.Based on the risk identification of pipe network,internal control measures,information supervision and so on,the risk management framework of the enterprise is designed effectively.(2)Combining with the actual application of risk management and internal control in HF water supply group,the risk control of pipe network is realized,the safety and security level of water supply enterprise is improved,the occurrence rate of pipe network safety event is reduced,and its good practice effect is verified The implementation of pipe network risk management and the effectiveness of internal control.
