In recent years,with the large-scale and innovative development of China's asset management industry,the market players in the asset management industry have shown a diversified growth trend,and financial innovation businesses and innovative products have been increasing.They have officially entered the "big asset management era".The new regulations on asset management,the new regulations on financial management,and the supervision and management measures of financial management subsidiaries of commercial banks,etc.,guide the stable and healthy development of the asset management industry.Commercial banks,which are important participants in the asset management industry,have difficulties in restructuring,net worth management,structural transformation,and serving the real economy.They need to comply with regulatory policies,establish wealth management subsidiaries,and operate wealth management businesses independently.In the transformation of institutionalization,independence,and marketization,we will compete and compete on an equal footing with various asset management entities in a brand-new identity.A Bank has a large share in the asset management industry and has a long history of development.It has always been in the leading position in the asset management industry,and is also the first batch of banks to prepare for approval through the wealth management subsidiary of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.This article systematically analyzes the development history and current situation of the A-bank's wealth management business under the transformation of the subsidiary system through literature review,case studies,comparative analysis and qualitative analysis,combined with relevant data and data.A-Bank Financial,a subsidiary that undertakes wealth management business,faced many problems and challenges in the early days of its establishment.From the perspective of strategic layout,A-Bank Financial Management's positioning in the parent bank's asset management layout is unclear,highly dependent on the parent bank's resources,and at the same time it has a competitive relationship with other asset management subsidiaries of A Bank.Analyze from the three aspects of product,investment and sales of wealth management business: in terms of wealth management products,it is difficult for a subsidiary to dispose of the parent bank's stock of wealth management assets and it is difficult to take into account the research and development of new products,and there are fewer types of wealth management products;in terms of investment capacity,The current investment capacity of the subsidiary is not suitable for the expanded investable field,and there is a shortage of investment research professionals;in terms of financial sales,the current customer resources of the subsidiary are concentrated in the parent bank is too single,and lack of financial education for investors.From the perspective of the support and guarantee behind the wealth management business,the technology-assisted development capability of the wealth management business is weak,the adaptability to the new regulatory system needs to be improved,and the risk management system is not comprehensive.Combining the advantages of A Bank and its subsidiaries,and drawing on the experience of foreign commercial bank asset management business and the development of similar domestic asset management companies,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development of wealth management business under the transformation of the subsidiary system: First,A Bank wealth management subsidiary It is possible to find out its own position in the future large asset management ecosystem by strengthening the strategic coordination and business linkage with the parent company.The second is to optimize the wealth management product system,establish a net worth management as the core wealth management product system and design wealth management transfer business.The third is to build a professional investment research system and build a high-level investment research team to build an investment research ecosystem.The fourth is to restructure the sales chain,increase marketing channels and strengthen investor education.Fifth,we will enhance the technology,compliance and risk protection support for the development of wealth management business.
