Research On Kyrgyzstan’s Attraction Strategies Of Chinese Enterprises To Participate In Infrastructure Construction Investment Under The Belt And Road Initiative

Since the Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the “One Belt,One Road” initiative,more and more countries have responded positively and participated in the construction and development of the “Belt and Road”.China and Kyrgyzstan are close to each other,have a long history of exchanges,and have good political,economic and cultural cooperation.As an important participant in the “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative,Kyrgyzstan will continue to strengthen cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan in the economic and trade field under the “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative.In particular,actively utilizing Chinese enterprise investment will help achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.It will help improve the development bottlenecks such as infrastructure construction in Kyrgyzstan and promote the economic and social development of Kyrgyzstan.On the basis of the existing research,I have deeply discussed the investment environment of Kyrgyzstan,the status quo of Chinese enterprises’ investment in Kyrgyzstan,and the advantages and disadvantages of Kyrgyzstan’s investment in infrastructure in attracting Chinese enterprises under the “Belt and Road” initiative.In the context of the “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative,Kyrgyzstan actively attracts Chinese companies to participate in infrastructure investment strategies and recommendations.Through the research of this paper,the following research conclusions are drawn:First,politically speaking,Kyrgyzstan has a stable political environment,and the government has strong executive power and can unite.From an economic point of view,Kyrgyzstan’s economy has gradually recovered and has a good development trend.In terms of social environment,Kyrgyzstan’s social security has become more stable and the social environment is harmonious.Moreover,Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to economic revitalization and external cooperation,which lays a good foundation for investors from countries such as China to invest in Kyrgyzstan.Second,China and Kyrgyzstan are close to each other and have a good cooperative relationship and development foundation.The trade between China and Kyrgyzstan has increased year by year.China’s investment in Kyrgyzstan has increased year by year and has become the largest source of foreign capital in Kyrgyzstan.China is against Kyrgyzstan.Stan’s investment is mainly concentrated in the infrastructure sector.At the same time,due to the relative shortage of Kyrgyzstan’s domestic labor force,inadequate financial markets,and inadequate laws and regulations,Chinese companies still have some difficulties in expanding their infrastructure investment in Kyrgyzstan.Third,the Kyrgyzstan country attracts small foreign investment,and the foreign investment industry is relatively single.The Kyrgyz government has taken a number of measures(including relaxing industries and methods of foreign investment,enacting foreign investment preferential regulations and setting up special economic zones,etc.)to attract foreign investment including Chinese companies.In the future,Kyrgyzstan can continue to improve domestic Investment environment,use the “Belt and Road” initiative to promote the signing of China-Kyrgyz bilateral and regional free trade zone construction and investment agreements,promote the integration of Chinese-funded enterprises into the industrial network,promote the merger and acquisition of Chinese-funded enterprises in Kyrgyzstan,and introduce taxation and land preferential policies.Attracting Chinese-funded enterprises to strengthen infrastructure investment in Kyrgyzstan.Based on the above three research conclusions,the article points out that Chinese companies must respect the legal,cultural and social customs of Kyrgyzstan,properly handle relations with the Kyrgyz government,parliaments,trade unions,residents,and reasonably predict and prevent in Kyrgyzstan.The risks that may be faced in the country’s investment process will promote the good development of Chinese companies’ investment in Kyrgyzstan.
