The Research On The Investment Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Chinese Enterprises To India Under "The Belt And Road Initiative"

In recent years,the economic and trade contacts between India and China have become increasingly close.As one of the largest developing countries in the world,it has a high position in China's "one belt and one road" initiative.Since the year of 2003,Chinese enterprises have begun to invest in India and the scale of investment has gradually expanded.However,Chinese enterprises have encountered many difficulties in the process of investment,resulting in fluctuations and even declines in the amount of investment in India.The gradual implementation of the Belt and Road initiative has provided an opportunity for Chinese enterprises to invest in India.Therefore,it has practical significance for us to sort out and analyze the current situation of Chinese enterprises' investment in India systematically,study the difficulties faced by India's direct investment under the Belt and Road Initiative,analyze their investment potential and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this paper reviews and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in India from three perspectives of investment scale,industrial structure and investment mode systematically,and studies the investment correlation between China and India.On this basis,this paper analyzes the investment dilemma faced by Chinese enterprises in the process of direct investment in India under the Belt and Road Initiative in the two countries' relations and the India government's attitude,the infrastructure level of the host country,the provisions of the legal system,the administrative examination and approval process and the building of its own brand image.By using GM(1,1)model,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the potential of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in India,concluding that there is a great potential of investment between the two countries.After data selection and preliminary processing,prediction model establishment,model validity testing,the forecast of China's directinvestment in India in the next two years has been realized successfully.Finally,on the basis of summing up the current situation of Chinese enterprises' investment in India and the practical difficulties faced by them,combining the research of relevant investment potential,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for how these Chinese enterprises grasp the opportunities brought by the Belt and Road Initiative in order to expand the direct investment in India.China and India should enhance political mutual trust and mutual cooperation consensus;the two countries shall also explore the establishment of investment cooperation mechanism to reduce relevant investment barriers;the overseas investment insurance system also helps to reduce the investment risk of enterprises and strive to enhance their own brand image.
