The garment industry has been the pillar of the Chinese and Nepalese economies since time in memorial.The business framework model aimed at making long term profit an idea that widely spread between both countries.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the business model of garment enterprise between the two countries paying particular attention to different scholarly research studies.Evidenced by the knowledge gathered,we created a research tool necessary for making and presenting a detailed comparison of the garment industries.We employed the following research methods;self-questioner,Quantitative and Qualitative to substantiate our ideas and validate our findings.The business models of garment industry research are presented which includes its elements policies and types.Here is case study introduction has been divided into two main sections.At first analysis and comparison of garment enterprises between China and Nepal including business model like garment enterprises of Market Model,Policy Provide,Profit Model,Business to Business(B2B),Business to Consumer(B2C),and Marketing Model and the main reason as identified for apparent Similarities and dissimilarities of garment industry under business model.In second section here Human Resources Management maintains for the labor cost and the survey on the garment consumer behavior related from questionnaire to analyze consumer behavior in clothing.Lastly,we find some problems of China and Nepal garment industry when importing and exporting and we have some suggestions on the innovation aspect for China and Nepal to develop in the future.Our results show that there is a great similarity between the two countries however China has a wider reach because of its online present and low cost production which many other buyers choose to prefer.A more detailed comparison is given below.
