This paper takes G bank's development scenario finance as the research object,analyzes the current situation of G bank's scenario finance development through literature review,case analysis,Financial Symbiosis Theory,product life cycle theory,customer value and customer satisfaction theory.Currently,G bank adopts the online and offline synchronous way in the development scenario Finance,but G bank is in the development scenario finance In finance,there are four problems:the connection between scenarios and products is not close;the innovation speed is slow,the operation cost is high;the payment function is marginalized,the customer experience is insufficient;the performance of scenario finance needs to be improved.Combined with the experience of China Merchants Bank,Agricultural Bank of China and Ping An Bank in developing scenario finance,this paper analyzes the urgency of G bank's development scenario finance,mainly including the impact of market environment,the development of intra bank strategic transformation,the acceleration of financial technology development,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its development scenario finance.This paper holds that the current development scenario finance of G bank should be supported by the commercial bank system and platform,through the integration of scenario channel entry,the realization of multi-channel financial services,innovation of scenario application products,the introduction of external data,technology and other resources,the provision of financial scenario services,through the implementation path of "self built","co built","embedded",etc The integration of scene elements such as "Scene entrance,scene platform,scene product,target customer and third-party partner" can achieve the deep integration of"Scene+finance",achieve the seamless connection of customer demand and financial services,and provide intelligent and non emotional financial services for them.G bank's development scenario financial regulations are mainly to create the"four in one" online scenario layout,create the "industry+scenario+finance"construction,and realize the joint development of public and private business lines.In order to successfully implement this plan,we must do the following:first,we need to introduce compound talents,improve the level of scientific research;second,we need to increase capital investment,improve the operation mechanism;third,we need to build Open and inclusive financial platform for "Internet plus" scenario;four,we should strengthen the use of science and technology to achieve "business" without moving "data" first,five is to enhance the customer experience and do a good job of scene based precision marketing.
