The Study On Traditional Commercial Banks Transition Paths Under The Background Of Internet Finance

Alibaba's breaking record by a one-day trading volume of 91.217 Billion RMB on November 11 th,2015 suddenly became headline of most medias in that day,which makes us have to pay attention to the study of new economy under the internet background.Recently,with the development of mobile internet as well as the combination of big data and cloud computing,internet+ business models based on modern communication vehicles like social network have been developed rapidly.Among them,internet finance represented by Alipay and 360buy's supply chain finance have been growing particularly fast and has made subversive impact on traditional finance.As an important representative of traditional finance,commercial banks faced by crossed-sector competition from internet+ wave would have to consider how to take advantage of internet to realize its finance's scenario-based reconstruction and to make a successful transition.The article firstly makes an analysis of existing internet finance business models to seek their strengths and weakness and what they share in common.Then the article elaborates the essence of internet finance from the innovative perspective of scenario combined with current bottle neck of traditional commercial bank,which provides good inspiration for commercial bank's development and transition.Based on the logic of scenario reconstruction,the article at last makes some suggestion in terms of data value,spatial connection and trans-boundary cooperation for commercial banks on how to break out and transform their business.
