Company A is a joint-stock company specializing in the production and sale of various types of disposable medical device products.The products are mainly divided into four categories,namely injection,transfusion,indwelling catheter and blood purification.Since its establishment,Company A has achieved good sales performance and occupied a certain market share at home and abroad,and has also accumulated good sales experience.Under the complex global market competition environment,the overseas market of Company A has been sluggish or even declining in recent years.There are many problems in the overseas marketing process that need to be resolved urgently to help find a sustainable development path.This article takes A's overseas marketing methods as the research object,and explores overseas marketing strategies suitable for A's long-term and stable development.Only under the guidance of correct and efective marketing strategies,grasp the development opportunities of the new era,bravely face the competition and challenges from overseas markets,increase the innovation of new products to meet market demand,expand the product's share in overseas markets,and reach the domestic market.The strategic goal of balanced development of foreign health establishes the influence of the A enterprise brand in the global medical device market.This article first analyzes and summarizes the development profile of company A,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of company A by literature research method,survey research method,and SWOT analysis method,as well as the main market environment and industry development trend of company A's current industry.Firstly,recognize the opportunities and challenges facing company A.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of company A's overseas marketing,summarizes the problems of company A's overseas marketing,and suggests an overseas competition strategy based on the establishment of a multinational production and marketing strategic alliance.Finally,in the context of the current rapid spread of the corona-virus epidemic to the world,how to implement the construction of a multinational production and marketing strategic alliance and the corresponding strategy guarantee system,whether there are innovative concept products for the new corona-virus epidemic,and including the establishment of communication and coordination mechanisms,optimization and incentive effective implementation of specific measures such as system information management and enhancement of corporate brand value.These strategies can ensure that the company A's multinational production and sales strategic alliance strategy can be effectively promoted,helping company A stabilize its overseas market share and achieve rapid growth.The author used his time working in the international business department of company A to thoroughly research and analyze the three key issues that need to be urgently solved in the international marketing work in the increasingly competitive international market environment,that are the product marketing strategy is unclear,the customer cooperation mode is single and weak overseas channel management etc.,and gave countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem,which has certain reference value for the further optimization and development of company A.
