The medical industry is an important part of livelihood issues.In recent years,with improved living standards and backgrounds of big data,one health and internet developing,the public's demand on quality of medical service is more and more strict.Meanwhile,the government also enlarges its investment in livelihood areas.Last year there was more than 90% of investment in fixed assets being used for the environmental management and livelihood improvement.As a result,the medical industry in our country welcomes a process of vigorous development,and with the expansion of market capacity the medical enterprises acquire enough room to live.Taking the Beijing Winsunny Harmony Scitech Co.,Ltd as an object of study,this thesis works out the suggestions and decision-making basis for sustainable development of the corporation referring to the marketing strategy.First of all,it reports the corporation business circumstance at the moment,and expresses some possible problems existing in marketing activities.Secondly,it analyses internal and external situations for the corporation based on the development of whole medical industry and the practical conditions of the corporation.Thirdly,it sums up the Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats which are confronted with the corporation now through the SWOT analytical method.Fourthly,according to the STP theory,it divides all the medical device market into many segment markets,and then chooses one of it to be positioned,and then establishes a series of marketing strategy which is able to achieve the corporation's strategic target.Finally,through analysis and comparison it confirms a core of marketing strategy that must be reasonable and effective,and then using 4Ps marketing mix makes out the specific tactics to put the marketing strategy into effect successfully.
