The empirical research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate economic benefits shows that there is a positive correlation between corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness.Therefore,it can be considered that promoting the implementation of corporate social responsibility can promote the economic efficiency of enterprises.However,in the practice of social responsibility,enterprises usually have a long-term negative impact on the competitiveness of enterprises because of the lack of social responsibility.Therefore,from the perspective of enterprise life cycle theory,combined with corporate social responsibility theory,industrial competitiveness theory and sustainable development theory,the relationship between corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness in mature period is deeply investigated,and the positive relationship between social responsibility and economic benefit growth in mature period is clarified.Based on this,the following six parts are carried out in turn:Part I Introduction.Based on the needs of research,the research background,research significance,research status and its shortcomings,research ideas,research methods and so on are introduced and analyzed.The second part,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the management strategy of social responsibility undertaking in the mature period of enterprise.A clear definition of the main concepts involved in the research,such as corporate social responsibility,corporate economic benefits,and the corresponding theoretical basis,including enterprise life cycle theory,social responsibility theory and sustainable development theory,are introduced accordingly,and the reasons for selecting A food companies as examples are expounded to lay a theoretical foundation for further discussion.The third part is the theoretical explanation of the management strategy of social responsibility in the mature period.The theory of social responsibility bearing strategy in enterprise maturity mainly includes the meaning and characteristics of enterprise maturity period,the type analysis of social responsibility bearing in enterprise maturity period,the key points of implementing sustainable development strategy in enterprise maturity period and the management strategy of combining economic and social benefits.The fourth part,the enterprise mature period social responsibility undertakesthe management strategy operation inspection.For the purpose of effectively observing the running state and efficiency of the management strategy of social responsibility in the mature period of the enterprise,the management strategy adopted from the mature period of the enterprise,and collecting the relevant data A the enterprise social responsibility in the mature period and the economic benefit of the enterprise in the mature period,so as to establish the basis of observation.The fifth part,the enterprise mature period social responsibility undertakes the management strategy question to examine.Aiming at the management strategies of social responsibility in the mature period of A enterprises,the existing problems include the investigation of the management strategies of social responsibility in the mature period of enterprises,and the specific problems of these management strategies are analyzed according to the relevant theories.The sixth part,the enterprise mature period social responsibility undertakes the management strategy optimization route.According to the existing problems,the management strategy of social responsibility in the mature period of enterprise can be constructed scientifically from the social macro and micro aspects,which can provide the feasible operation strategy for the social responsibility in the mature period of enterprise.
