Since 2010,local governments have vigorously promoted PPP model in the field of infrastructure construction and public services,which provides an important development direction for trust companies in the transition period.In recent years,Chinese trust companies have accelerated the transformation of traditional trust business.On the one hand,trust companies actively participate in the practice of PPP projects,constantly explore and innovate,accumulate and form some useful practices and experience,and open up new areas and new directions for the business transformation of trust companies.On the other hand,as a financial institution,trust companies actively participate in PPP,which is also conducive to promoting the application of PPP model in the field of infrastructure and public service projects in China.Z trust company is a trust company controlled by a large central enterprise.In recent years,based on the needs of business transformation and innovation,Z trust company has actively participated in the practice and exploration of PPP projects.In 2018,Z trust company successfully signed a cooperation agreement with Shenyang municipal government through friendly negotiation,and actively participated in the PPP project of Shenyang expressway as a social capital.This paper adopts the case analysis method to study the case study of Z trust company's participation in the PPP project of Shenyang expressway,trying to summarize the relevant experience and practice of Z trust company's participation in the PPP project of Shenyang expressway,so as to provide beneficial reference and reference for other trust companies to participate in the construction of the PPP project of expressway.This paper mainly introduces the basic situation of Z trust company's participation in the PPP project of Shenyang expressway from the aspects of project background,agreed conditions and operation mode,and makes an in-depth analysis of Z trust company's participation in thePPP project of Shenyang expressway from the aspects of transaction structure,output,finance,assessment and risk.At the same time,some problems in this case are analyzed from the aspects of insufficient experience,lack of legislation,government performance,market operation and marketization of pricing,and relevant improvement Suggestions are put forward.
