Research On The Industrial Coordinated Development Of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

The coordinated development of the regional economy is an important concept in the transition period of China's economic development.To achieve regional healthy and sustainable development,we must strengthen coordination and cooperation among regions,jointly promote regional economic development and stability,and achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win development model for all regions.After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao have laid a good foundation for China's participation in global competition by virtue of theirunique industrial development models.At the same time,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GreaterBay Area has a relatively good location advantage and policy support.Relying on a vast economichinterland,it provides a broad space for the coordinated development of regional industries,and provides new impetus for the industry to enter the global value chain and to the high end.An important development carrier for the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.At present,although the industries in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau have their own comparative advantages,the industrial cooperation hasnot yet reached a mode suitable for coordinated regional development.The upstream and downstream integration of the industrial chain is not in place,and a multi-layered,cross regional coordinated development mechanism for supporting industries has not been formed,resulting in the failure to form an effective extended industrial chain,which has largely restricted the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has risen to a national strategy.The coordinated development of the industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the core content of the regional coordination in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the prerequisite for regional economic development.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The economic development background and research significance of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao are introduced,and the research status of this field is combed.On this basis,define the theoretical basis of related concepts and research.(2)A qualitative analysis of the economic development status of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the analysis of the region's leading industries from the perspectives of gross industrial product and industrial structure,followed by an analysis of the status of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GreaterBay Area industrial synergy Existing problems.(3)The grey correlation model was used to quantitatively analyze the synergy between the primary,secondary,andtertiary industries in Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao.At the same time,the composite system synergy model was used to calculate the three subsystems of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao.Orderliness of industrial development and coordination of industrial development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Theresearch shows that the order degree of the industrial subsystems in Guangdong,HongKong and Macao has reached a relatively high level,and the coordination degree of the three places has been in a state of volatility at a low level,and there is a large room for increase in industrial coordination.And analyze the factors that affect the industrial synergy,and use the principal component regression analysis method to get theranking of the impact level and degree of each index.(4)According to the cu-rrent status of industrial development and the level of industrial coordination,put forward reasonable development suggestions.This paper believes that it is necessary to deepen the industrial cooperation between the three places,and should improve the regional industrial.development model,form a reasonable industrial division of labor,promote the integration and development of industries in various regions,form a perfect industrial chain,eliminate barriers to the flow and allocation of factors everywhere,andachieve innovation as the leading development Ideas,optimize the flow of financial funds,promote the reform of government institutional mechanisms,eliminate administrative barricrs,resolve market competition,achieve integrated transportation construction,and promote the coordinated development of the industrial system of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
